Fat Flush Diet

When you hear about someone leg-pressing 400 pounds, the first person you probably think of is NOT former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright who will celebrate her 69th birthday next week.

At a recent Washington, D.C., gathering, Ms. Albright discussed the political issues of the day, but was also asked about her diet and workout regimen. She told a reporter for The Hill (a congressional newspaper) that she does aerobics and weight training three times each week.

Noting that she lost 50 pounds over the past year, she added, "The most important thing is that I finally found a diet that works. It's called 'Fat Flush.' It's based on a lot of cranberry juice and flaxseed."

The Fat Flush Diet may ring a bell with HSI members because it was created by HSI Panelist and First Lady of Nutrition, Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D., C.N.S.

Ann Louise's Fat Flush plan is a three-phase program that jumpstarts weight loss, maintains ongoing weight control, and offers long-range strategies to stay fit while increasing vitality and well-being.

You can find out more about the Fat Flush Diet, The Fast Track ONE-DAY Detox Diet, and details about Ann Louise's unique health support system at fatflush.com.
